COMPACTED WIRE ROPE

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is a steel wire rope produced by special process. The wires will be compressed before twisting. Products are imported directly from Japan, Korea, Austria, Germany, Taiwan, India with certificate of Quality.

 

 

The advantages of this WIRE ROPE  compared to conventional cable:

1 – High tensile force: Higher tensile force due to the density of steel filaments on the same cross section than steel strands of conventional steel cables.

2 – Strength and weather resistance: Due to the compressed surface of the cable, compression cables are capable of withstanding the effects of forces such as fatigue and weather.

3 – Low distortion: The gap between the inner cable as well as the outer cable makes the cable less distorted due to external forces.

4 – Less damage to the Drum (Tang Cable, Puly …): Due to a close contact surface close to the drum, puly … so the compression cable can reduce to the lowest level of failure. Of these devices, contributing to cost savings.
